At Lavish Cars USA LLC, we aim to provide transparent and fair rental policies.

1. Reservation Payments

• Reservation payments confirm vehicle availability for your selected dates.

• All payments are subject to this Refund Policy.

2. Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup time may be eligible for a full refund (excluding processing fees).

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

3. No-Shows

Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice will result in no refund.

4. Early Returns

Early vehicle returns do not qualify for partial or full refunds.

5. Security Deposits

• Security deposits are refundable, subject to vehicle condition and violation checks.

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after vehicle return.

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of future rental privileges.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method only.
